These are the first letters of an additional character set to the Reflection series. I meant those particular letter forms as alternatives or for letterings in the field of beauty product design. Originally I was inspired by Christian Dior’s classic perfume design Miss Dior. So I based it on the Reflection design with which I did so many researches for the famous fashion brand.

‘R’ Reflection Ecriture

For the Reflection Ecriture I also served a new set of capital letters specially adapted to the means of a more calligraphic design. They are basically kind of upright standing Italic capitals slightly smaller, narrower in rhythm and more emphasized on overall rounded shapes. As a historic note it may be said that this kind of combination of Roman capitals with handwritten minuscles is in the tradition of Renaissance hand writing masters as the Italian Ludovico Arrighi.
